Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The request for return must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoices intact.
  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized gift items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support with clear images or videos of the product showing the issue.
  • Once the return request is approved, further instructions will be shared.
  • Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

  • After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund status will be communicated.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Replacement Policy

  • In cases where a replacement is requested and approved, the replacement product will be dispatched subject to availability.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
